FFU 风机过滤器机组可模块化连接使用，使得 FFU 广泛应用于洁净室、洁净工作台、洁净生产线、组装式洁净室和局部百级等应用场合。FFU 有初、高效两种过滤网。分机从 FFU 顶部将空气吸入并经初高效过滤器过滤，过滤后的洁净空气在整个出风面以0.45m/s±20% 的风速均速送出。

The FFU fan filter unit can be connected and used in a modular way, which makes FFU widely used in clean rooms, cleanbenches, clean production lines, assembled clean rooms and local 100-level applications. FFU has two kinds of filters:primary filter and high efficiency filter. The unit sucks air from the top of FFU and filters it through the primary high efficiencyfilter, and the filtered clean air is sent out at an average speed of 0.45 m/s 20% on the whole air outlet surface.
